Great service and smooth process.
Its overwhelming when your home is damaged, but Justen and TTLC took all that worry away from us and made everything so easy. From the start we received prompt service to inspect and prevent further damage. Justen P. became my point of contact and worked hard to get us a new roof, siding, gutters, and downspouts. He is knowledgable, responsive, honest, and thorough with the entire process. We got more than we expected, and have a beautiful new exterior on our home! Additionally, all of the crews sent out to complete the projects were very nice, clean, and clearly experienced. They want your repairs/projects to look perfect and even come back to inspect and make sure its all up to par. It always was, but the extra care was nice. Our home looks great, and we didn't have to deal with insurance or uphill battles to get them to cover repairs, it was all taken care of. I cannot say enough about the quality service we received, and will recommend TTLC (and Justen!) to everyone.

After a hail storm caused significant damage to our roof, siding, and gutters, we worked with Justen and TTLC to get the job done and they were FANTASTIC! Professional and knowledgeable
After a significant hail storm, we knew it was finally time to get our roof replaced. Justen was knowledgeable and upfront about all aspects of the process. He worked with the insurance company after a small hiccup. I felt like I really didn’t have to do anything! It was relieving to not have to worry about all the little steps involved. The crews were quick and did a wonderful job. I’m glad we decided to go with Justen and TTLC for this all important project.

Great Experience
After the hail storm in the Spring of 2023, Justen P from TTLC has been beyond helpful at helping to replace our roof, gutters, and downspouts. Since this is my first house and I've never had to go through this before, Justen P has been available from the start to the end of the process. The whole process was very smooth. Great customer service
After the storm ripped up our roof we were looking for help on fixing our issues. Justen was checking our homes in the neighborhood when we stopped him to look into our issues. Justen was very thorough when looking over our damage and we instantly knew we found the help we needed. Justen was very helpful with working with insurance company and it was a very smooth claiming process from start to completion. He made use feel at ease that everything will get approved and everything will be fine! We got the roof replaced and new gutters and downspouts. It was done in a day and very professional service was done protecting my home and surrounding areas. They came in and installed and cleaned up afterwards and our house looks great! Storm damage/Roof replacement
I cannot say enough good things about Justen Penn and how he navigated us through the process of getting our roof replaced after the hailstorm in April of 2023. I had several companies drive by our home, stop and tell me they can get us a new roof and our insurance company will pay for it. I was skeptical of these sales approaches and after talking with a neighbor he recommended TTLC and Justen Penn. I made the call and Justen came out to look at the roof and give me his assessment. He was also on site at when the State Farm adjuster came to review our claim and made sure everything was noted on the estimate. We initially were turn down for a full replacement and was only allowed to repair what was damaged. Justen assured me that their response was what he expected and asked me to be patient and went about process of proving to State Farm they needed to do more. Once they approved the new roof TTLC came and in 2 days this great crew tore off and replaced the roof bringing it up to new codes. The roof looks great, the was crew great and also did an amazing clean up before leaving. Thanks again Justen for all you did for us and your dedication and know how on dealing with the toughest of Insurance companies.
