Initially I talked with Yas regarding problems with my roof. He came over to inspect my roof with project manager John Kladis. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful in providing me with information regarding my roof. I wisely chose TTLC to provide my roof replacement. Throughout the project Yas and John monitored the process making sure everything was being done as per the contract I signed and my liking. I would like to give John special credit for all the help he gave and his respect. He went over and above to make sure I was pleased with the project! I would hope that he be given special attention by management.
