Long-Term Benefits
Loyalty Incentive: After five years of continuous enrollment in the program:
- 30% of all payments made will be allocated toward a future roof replacement.
- This "Roof Replacement Credit" is redeemable when the client requires a new roof, helping to lower future replacement costs.
- Customers will receive credit only if they are on the roof maintenance program for 5 years or more.
Service Coverage
Roofing System (Shingle Roofs Only):
- Debris Removal: Clean all debris from the roof surface, including leaves and branches.
- Caulking and Reattachment Services: Caulking: Areas requiring caulking, such as around roof penetrations or flashing, will be addressed as part of maintenance.
- Note: Caulking will match existing surfaces; painting is not included.
- Shingle Reattachment: Loose or detached shingles will be securely reattached.
- Additional Inspections & Repairs:
- Nail Pops Repair: Repair nail pops and secure any loose shingles.
- Roof Penetrations: Inspect all roof penetrations, such as vents and chimneys, for potential leak points.
- Flashings: Inspect roof flashings to ensure water-tight integrity.
- Skylight Cleaning: Clean skylight lenses for optimal visibility.
- Low Slope Membranes: Inspect seams on low-slope membranes for wear.
- Winter Ice Inspection: If ice is present, only inspection and standard maintenance will be conducted; ice removal is not included

- Clean gutters or gutter guards and downspouts to ensure proper water flow and drainage.
- Inspect for clogs, leaks, or any drainage issues.
- Debris Removal: Haul Away: All debris collected during maintenance is removed from the property, leaving the roof and gutter system clear and clean.
