When you've had the same insurance company for over 40 years and a storm happens, you hate to find out you have to fight with your insurance company to get your repairs fixed..... When my area had a storm over 20 years ago, my area was declared a disaster area. My whole neighborhood had no problem getting their roofs and gutters replaced, but not me, I had to pay so much out of pocket as if I didn't have insurance. I thought because I didn't know how to handle the claim was the problem. The storm last year caused me to to file a claim and deal with my insurance company again. I shared with a friend what I encountered before, and she told me about TTLC and gave me Terry's number. He has been helping so much with the whole insurance process. My insurance company is still fighting to not pay for the damages, but TTLC is working on getting the work paid for by my insurance company and even praying over the matter with me so that I don't get less than I deserve and give up.... It's great there is a company who cares and will fight the battle for you. I still have not got the matter settled, but I know all will work in my favor....I do feel I'm in good hands with TTLC.
Great Experience with TTLC.
Last week I called TTLC office to get my roof inspected for any hail or wind related damage and also some areas inside the house (ceilings etc.) TTLC office collected my info right away, scheduled a visit at my convenient time and sent Louie Petrov for inspection. He was very responsive and courteous. Arrived on time, gave very helpful advice on a ceiling issue and got onto roof for exterior inspection. Due to high winds and very steep roof, he could work only partially that day and promised he would complete the remaining inspection on a good weather day. As promised he returned in 2 days as soon as good whether came back, climbed the roof again, completed the remaining inspection, gave me all photos as evidence and charged me nothing because it was a free charge from TTLC side. I would call Louie Petrov any time if I need any help with my roof. Great Job from Louie and TTLC. I strongly recommend this company to others.
Outstanding experience
During a severe storm our home was taking in rain water through the smoke detectors on our 2nd floor. I contacted my sister who used TTLC and Louie and had a great experience. In a panic I called Louie P who, within hours, was tarping our home because another storm was on the way. Due to excellent customer service and a true feeling of professionalism we knew that working with Louie and TTLC was the way to go. He worked really hard to inform our insurance company of the damage and the work that needed to be completed. Once settled he worked us into his schedule. His team arrived promptly. They were diligent and hard working. I don't even remember them taking a break. When I spoke with them they were professional and very committed to doing a great job. The roof looks great and the entire home was picked up with not a screw or nail on the ground. They did a super job and I would suggest you contact Louis P for your next project.

Top notch job
TTLC replaced our roof and gutters last year in late summer. We also had them cover the fascia board and soffits with aluminon. They did a fantastic job. When the following August had temperatures in the 90s, there was some buckling of the soffit on the north side of the house. I called TTLC and talked to Joe. They scheduled fixing the aluminum immediately the next day. However, It rained heavily the following two days. They were here the third day at 7am. They did professional work, and it looks GREAT! I highly recommend hiring TTLC for your roofing needs! I give them 5 stars

The team from TTLC made the entire process simply and easy. I had a dedicated project manager that essentially took care of everything for us. I barely had to get involved at all, other than choosing days for installation. We chose from a variety of samples and colors which all looked nice. They did a really good job replacing our roof and gutters. If you need any roof, siding or gutter work, I definitely recommend TTLC!
