Excellent Job - Storm Damaged Roofing & Gutters
I highly recommend TTLC!! Todd W was my project manager and he was excellent to work with on the replacement of my roof and gutters due to wind and hail damage. Unfortunately dealing with my insurance was a several month headache for Todd but he kept on it and was also communicating with me to let me know where we were in the process and if I needed to do anything. Thanks to Todd and his persistence, he was able to get the job done when good weather finally broke this year. Todd answered every question and concern I had whether it was in person, by phone or by text. I am very happy with the results and can’t thank Todd and TTLC enough for going to battle with my insurance to get the full replacement rather than partial replacement job done. Full replacement was the right thing to do and thank you again Todd and TTLC!

We took a risk going with one company (TTLC) after getting estimates from 9 companies for our roof gutters and siding. Todd just made us feel comfortable through out the whole process. We will touch base at the beginning middle and end of all 3 exterior projects. He always answered any questions or concerns we had. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Our house looks better than it did when we bought it 20 years ago thanks to Todd and TTLC...
Great Job
We had Todd come out for a leak in our flat roof. We had interior damage from the water. Our insurance paid to have it replaced. Todd and his crew did a great job on replacing the flat roof. When they were installing the material could not wrap the siding to meet todays code. They ended up having to replace the cedar siding and it turned out great after completing it. Very pleased with everything.

Great design service and excellent support throughout the process, safe and friendly interaction with the crew. House looks amazing. Trustworthy folks, also interacted with Todd and Ruben, good advice on selection of materials and designing the whole project.

Todd came out and did an inspection on my roof. Ended up getting approved by my insurance company. Todd was onsite with the crew. Did a nice job on clean up and was pleased.

Outstanding job
From start to finish, Davin took care of everything, making the entire experience super simple and painless. Davin kept in contact with us through the whole time since before the job and following up after. He answered all of our questions day or night and coordinated the crew to work with our wants and needs. The crew were all very polite and friendly, and worked with us to accommodate our large dogs and their potty needs. The job was done perfectly and the roof looks great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or gutters.

My experience with TTLC was nothing short of professional. Communication was great, the crew's work was amazing and Tate in the back office handled everything with my insurance company to get things covered. A special shout out to John who was the sales and production manager, for all his visits and organizing he did for the whole job! I did have extensive hail damage to my siding to the point of holes throughout. My window screens had holes and damage, and the roof sustained a lot of damage as well. But from beginning to the end, all details were met and things were properly documented with paperwork and 100's of photos to show all the damage. From roof to siding, everything was replaced, and the work the crews all did was great! I'm in construction and know what needed to be done, and they did exactly what they said they'd do. Highly recommend getting in touch for your house restoration needs! Thank you all again at TTLC!
