Successful roof replacement
Tough fought battel with my insurance company with great results. I met Jaden Gutierrez while working on a neighbor’s roof. Learning that we had roof damage in the area, I asked him to take a look at mine. I have a steep 2 story home that I didn’t feel comfortable climbing on. Jaden discover a few shingles that were damaged. We contacted our insurance company and were told that it didn’t need to be replaced but they wanted to just patch the few shingles and be done with. Jaden went to bat for us and worked the insurance company hard and convinced them to replace the entire roof. He worked it from replacing a few shingles then only doing the front half of the roof, to a full replacement. Jaden did an excellent job representing. Once we got the green light, his crew came in and removed and replace the entire roof in a day including clean up and disposal. They had to return for some minor detail work. Jason the operation man visited the project and maintained an open line of communication for great results.
