Glad I called
When you've had the same insurance company for over 40 years and a storm happens, you hate to find out you have to fight with your insurance company to get your repairs fixed..... When my area had a storm over 20 years ago, my area was declared a disaster area. My whole neighborhood had no problem getting their roofs and gutters replaced, but not me, I had to pay so much out of pocket as if I didn't have insurance. I thought because I didn't know how to handle the claim was the problem. The storm last year caused me to to file a claim and deal with my insurance company again. I shared with a friend what I encountered before, and she told me about TTLC and gave me Terry's number. He has been helping so much with the whole insurance process. My insurance company is still fighting to not pay for the damages, but TTLC is working on getting the work paid for by my insurance company and even praying over the matter with me so that I don't get less than I deserve and give up.... It's great there is a company who cares and will fight the battle for you. I still have not got the matter settled, but I know all will work in my favor....I do feel I'm in good hands with TTLC.
