I can tell you that I would use this company again and again. It was such a pleasure to talk with louis didn't push you told it like it is. The customer serve top of the line. Would text me about everything that was being done. I am the president of 49 unit association and this company and the people that work there will be the first we call for all our new roofs. When they started they covered everything around that could get damaged it took 3 days from start to finish. They cleaned up everything like they weren't there. The workers were respectful and nice. In these days, finding people that respect and care about you is hard to find. You can trust them, their work and their pricing. Dont hesitate to call you will not be disappointed.

Best customer service
Louie demonstrated the type of customer service every company is searching for. Responsive, professional and courteous. The workers were thorough and cleaned up every piece of trash or scrap pjeces. Louie pricessed everything so seemlessly and walked us thru the process completely. I would highly recommend this company and Louie.
I’d add another star if I could
We started a storm damage claim with another company. After months of no answers or progress we were referred to TTLC. Wow, what a difference. They were able to give us advice on how to navigate through the process of cancelling the service of the prior company, which was not an easy task. Todd was able to come by the same day I called and answered any questions we had and had an estimate the next working day. He guided us through the process and we had new siding installed within a week of the estimate. Customer service and quality of the siding installation lived up to their name, top tier.

Hail damage roof
Alex is excellent to work with answered all my questions and concerns about insurance payments and how it works . I had hail damage to roof Alex and his team handled all the insurance headaches and had the roof scheduled within a week and roof torn off and put on in 1 day . We are still working at the supplemental damage to soffits and fascia from insurance company but I have no doubt this will be taken care of.
Excellent Service
I recently had new siding and gutters installed on my home and have never had a project run so smoothly. Louie was everything I could ask for in a project manager, never too busy to answer questions and explaining the process as it went along. He is a real professional in every way.
